Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently looking for an Bookkeeper for an ongoing temporary assignment which may lead to a permanent role for our client based in Ashford.
The ideal Bookkeeper would need to be able to show experience of the following duties:
The Bookkeeper duties:
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts including forecasting, cash-flow and budgets
• Prepare and produce VAT Returns
• Prepare and process company Payroll including pension contributions
• Process all sales ledger and purchase ledger invoices
• Process all outgoing payments including BACs, CHAPS and Direct Debits
• Liaise with external auditors
• Assist with the balance sheet
