Based in South Kirkby, our client is growing the Sales team and is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to work within the Client Services Team.

This is a relationship role, building rapport with clients and growing accounts.

Are you an experienced Account Manager and come from the print industry? if so I would love to speak to you.

I am looking to speak to candidates who has worked within the print industry previously.

Role Requirements

- Work closely with your nominated clients (and colleagues) to deliver a first-class service, taking responsibility for all aspects of their requirements.

- Deal with enquiries, estimates and quotes - and follow up enquiries

- Set up and issue detailed works instructions - and follow through all jobs to completion

- Work within SLA's to ensure the Business meets the contractual obligations to the Client.

- Continually look to exceed Client expectations

- Be able to adapt and be flexible with your role as the Business and Clients develop

Who are we looking for?

- You will have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, and be able to demonstrate this

- You will have client facing experience

- You will have a strong working knowledge of the Design & Print processes

- You will be a good problem solver

- You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems

- You will be an excellent communicator

- You will be service Orientated

- You will be highly organised and precise, thorough, and methodical.


- Working Knowledge of the Design & Print industry
