NSF International has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable Junior Accountant based in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.

As our Junior Accountant, you will provide effective and professional accounting support to multiple NSF locations. If you are a pro-active, forward thinking individual who is part qualified or recently qualified accountant we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities as our Junior Accountant include:
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, research errors and work with appropriate departments and members of management to identify and improve/correct processes or accounts that may have repetitive problems
Completing journal entries and other month-end duties as outlined on the close list or as requested
Performing transaction analysis and/or trouble-shooting to provide information to management as requested
Identifying and recommending process improvement initiatives for the department
Working collaboratively with international offices to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assisting with preparation of VAT returns, corporation tax returns and year end statutory accounts
What we're looking for in our ideal Junior Accountant:
Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW)
Previous experience in a finance role
A good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices (FRS 102)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Oracle Financials (preferred)
Experience with foreign entities (preferred)
