This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and you will be working with the Sales Ledger and Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Manager in everyday duties. This role will allow you to develop your Finance knowledge. You will be responsible for all Purchase Ledger duties alongside handling any enquires.

The company is going through massive growth over the next year allowing a great opportunity for you to join an expanding and forward thinking team.

Description

As the Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Reporting Daily Cash
  • Supporting Sales ledger and Finance Manager
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Handling phone inquires
  • Payment runs
  • Assisting with Adhoc projects

Profile

You will:

  • Have experience working in a financial environment
  • Have experience using SAGE and Microsoft Excel
  • AAT qualified
  • Open to learning new skills and taking on other responsibilities
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a flexible approach to working
  • Be enthusiastic to learn and further your skills
