As a Finance Graduate you will be joining our Finance function and will gain exposure across the full team. You will develop your skills through a number of placements where you will play a genuine role with responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Placement 1: Induction & Finance Shared Services

Placement 2: Commercial Finance

Placement 3: Operational Finance

This is an 18-month fixed term contract, however our aim is for you to successfully apply for a permanent role within our team by the end of the scheme. 

Key responsibilities of the role:

Working within a fast paced and diverse environment, this role will be varied and at times challenging, and you will interact with multiple business functions and key stakeholders across the business. 

The activities you get involved in will vary depending on your placement but are likely to involve a mix on day-to-day finance activity and projects.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious graduate who has a passion for finance whether your background is business, accounting, or economics. To be successful you will:
• Have achieved a 2:2 degree (or higher) in a Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business / Maths (or related subject)
• Have an inquisitive and forward-thinking mindset and always looking to learn and develop
• Highly numerate, with strong analytical and excel skills 
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business 
• Be confident in building effective working relationships and working as part of a team.
• Be able to pick up and deliver a variety of work, with the ability to work unsupervised
• Have a flexible approach and responsible attitude to work and driving development
• Ideally have experience working in a business environment and have commercial understanding

As a Finance Graduate we want you to have the opportunity and feel supported to progress your career with us.

You will be assigned a Senior Leader in the business as a mentor and be part of a Graduate Action learning group for peer support.

You will be sponsored to undertake further qualifications to support you in your role such as AAT/CIMA as well as have access to our in-house personal development courses.

In Year 2 you will have the opportunity to take part in our Leadership Development Programme (Raising the Bar) alongside some of our senior leaders.
