The Role
Our Customer Tech - Help & Rethink team is looking for a new Iteration Manager and you could be it! With your past experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager or Release Manager, you will be working to improve the ability for all insurance customers to self-serve online, helping to uplift your teams' capabilities and engage with stakeholders from different areas and levels of the business. With your sound communication skills, experience in an agile environment and a drive for innovation and continuous improvement, you will create new ways for customers to engage with us and improve our self-service webpages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitating and helping an established scrum team initially, later covering 2 or 3 teams
• Identifying areas of improvement in Agile practices and work towards innovative solutions
• Reporting on sprint metrics, helping team prepare demos, documenting retro outputs, ensure retro actions are completed.
• Use technical as well as functional knowledge to remove roadblocks within the team as well as identifying technical risks (e.g. risks with architecture, design, patterns, performance, etc.) and communicate & escalate obstacles requiring outside resolution.
• Facilitate the identification and management of interdependencies across teams within a project and across different projects.
• Work with project &/or program management to facilitate & provide estimates and resource requirements to aid forward planning.

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years practical hands-on experience as Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Leadership and negotiation skills
• Able to coach / mentor agile team members
