A unique opportunity has arisen for a FP&A Analyst to join a leading, global FMCG business with house-hold name and based in central London. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop the next stage of their career

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • You will be responsible for preparing board level presentations to communicate results, forecasts and annual budgets. Clarity of messaging to explain performance drivers is where you will add value

  • A key focus will be on delivering ad-hoc projects focused on identifying opportunities to optimise their business and

    drive performance. You will need to be comfortable working cross-functionally, obtaining insights from stakeholders

    outside of finance. Financial modelling, communication and insightful analytical skills will all be essential

  • Many of your projects will involve working with and presenting to the European Leadership team


The successful FP&A Analyst will have the following credentials:

  • Likely 1st role out of practice in big 4 audit firm
  • Professional finance qualification - likely ACA/ACCA/CFA or similar
  • Educated from Russel Group University - technical degree advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, collaborative and strong relationship builder

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive the following:

  • Basic salary between £50,000 to £55,000
  • 26 days holiday
  • Leading benefits package
  • Likely rotate within 2 years into a different role in finance - e.g. Commercial, FP&A, Operational Finance - as interests and opportunity dictate
  • Flexi working - maximum of 3 days a week required in the office
