- Hours for the Account Payable Specialist: Mon-Fri 8-5 (Some flexibility) - this is an on-site role

- Process 500 invoices a week
- Full-cycle AP processing and 2 and 3 way matching
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- The account payable specialist role involves some vendor communication
Ideal Skills of the Account Payable Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in AP processing
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with 2 and 3 way matching
- Comfortable in MS Excel
- Great written and verbal communication skills
