Remote Working MI Data Analyst / West Sussex / WFH / Finance

Client Details

A well respected West Sussex organisation are seeking a Remote Working MI Data Analyst on a permanent basis.

Description

As Remote Working MI Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Carry out analysis, interpretation and presentation of datasets & information to support decisions on improvement
  • Develop, design and maintain data sets and reports
  • Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests, and support the Business Intelligence management team and support the development of routine reporting and analysis processes
  • Support data collection, data processing, validation and reporting of performance monitoring and to meet data quality standards and deadlines.
  • Identify and investigate problems with data quality using reference data where applicable
  • Support the maintenance of the key operational systems for data quality
  • Extract, check and prepare data for submissions for statutory returns and ensure data is collected securely, according to data standards and is data quality is fit for purpose
  • Liaise effectively with key internal customers to customise support to meet priority business needs
  • Plan and organise assigned workload and projects to agreed standards and deadlines, adjusting where necessary to respond to variable workloads
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on data management, coding, systems and data analysis, for example statistical, forecasting, geographic mapping etc
