Description
As Bookkeeper, reporting into a qualified Financial Controller, this opportunity will be successfully responsible for supporting the company's finance function on a daily and weekly basis.
Key responsibilities include implementing new efficient finance processes where necessary and appropriate, to consistently improve the business finance needs.
Other duties include month end duties such as prepayments, posting journals, bank reconciliations and ownership of the ledgers for example.
There is further scope of the position to contribute to the weekly payroll of the non-financial colleagues within the organisation.
Profile
- Experience of month end duties such as prepayments, posting journals, bank reconciliations etc
- Ideally AAT part qualified, but not essential as open to anyone qualified by experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel - such as Vlookups and Pivot Tables etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to commit to 5 days in the office
