Manager Costing and Budgeting

Incumbent must be a qualified CIMA member having manufacturing side experience of at least 6 to 7 years, major responsibilities would be:

• Ensure implementation of budgetary control and monitor expenditure and variances.
• Supervise revenue and costing cycle for monthly reporting and analyze the actual performance in comparison with business plan of the Company as well as review and circulate spend sheets to Operations and Sales Center.
• Review purchase plan and purchase orders and ensure approval in SAP module(s).
• Supervise and review distributor claims and ensure follow-up with distributors and customers for timely collection of receivables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in preparation and finalization of the annual business plan and five-year projections.
• Ensure timely launch of new products, and drive profitability analysis for new product projection and post launch assessment as well as make recommendations with data driven insights.
• Prepare hardship cases for low margin products and submit it to Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP).
• Partner with Cross Function Department to implement new Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase in an effective manner.
• Evaluate cost reduction projects with the Operations Team and coordinate with Supply Chain for saving and special projects.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team, Operations Team, Sales Center and other Stakeholders on various projects.
• Review monthly balance sheet schedules and ensure record maintenance with regards to customer, price and cost master.
• Liaison with External Auditors for physical inventory count and coordinate with Statutory Auditor for timely completion of audit. 
• Ensure internal controls are in place to comply with local laws and regulation for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Plant & Operations Team to understand and evaluate the impact of the financial performance.
