Manager Costing

Experience:

The candidate should be a CGMA and have  a Master’s in commerce/ Master’s in business administration.

Accountability:

The Executive – Costing is dotted line accountable to the Manager – Costing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Costing & Clerical:
2. Responsible for preparation of Product costing for different supply models, Elemental cost information & on time submission of estimated Product costs & review with Engg/NPD.
3. Responsible for preparation of the Contribution margin statement for Product & on time submission of estimated margins for the given Product Prices by Marketing.
4. Responsible for preparation of Costing, Margin & Pricing report for every Project Proposal & business requirement.
5. Preparation of Monthly Costing Financials for Internal Management on time & for Banks submission purpose in the relevant formats in time on monthly basis.
6. Assist the Finance team in Costing P&L related to the monthly reporting.
7. Responsible for Month End Activities of review of the actual Product Contribution margin.
8. Responsible for preparation of monthly Production variance analysis on monthly basis to operations head.
9. Preparation of Project P&L projections and maintain the initial Capex plan / transfer pricing requirements.
10. Assist in development of systematic procedures for all Costing and operational tasks.
11. Assist in all costing analysis required to make decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree in commerce & Accounting. Qualified ICWA/CIMA is preferred.

Five (7) years+ experience in overall costing function, budgeting, and analysis is expected.

Experience with Costing best practices and procedures
