Ko ngā āheinga mahi / The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Payroll and Accounts Clerk, to join the Payroll team in our Ōtautahi CBD office.
This full-time role will be responsible for assisting our payroll team with ensuring the timely approval and collection of timesheets from sites, assisting with processing a high volume of weekly payroll and answering candidates queries around payroll
Your key responsibilities will be to help maintain and ensure that Candidates records are kept accurate and up to date, assisting with processing backpay and one-off adjustments.
You will also assist with candidate and client compliance review and follow up where required and liaise with Clients and Staff where required and assisting with entry level Reconciliation within Xero

You will have experience with processing high volume payroll and have a strong ability with numbers.

You will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and time management skills and have strong administration and communication skills

A good understanding of the MS Office suite is essential
