Job Details

Due to business growth, our client are looking for a Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager to join the team. This is a broad an varied role where you will oversee the preparation, review & submission of all financial regulatory reporting as well as supporting the group controls and risk framework. You will also have exposure across FP&A and will act as a business partner to the risk and compliance team.

Description

  • Oversight of all regulatory reporting for 4 main entities
  • Assess, monitor and manage regulatory reporting requirements
  • Develop and enhance dashboard reporting
  • Review and improve governance and control framework through improved policies and procedures
  • Develop capital and liquidity models for group and regulated entities
  • Working closely with the FP&A team to support on activities such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Business Partner for various areas of the business with particular focus on Risk and Compliance
  • Manage and train junior members of the team

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience
  • Regulatory reporting experience in a Financial Services organisation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An ambition to progress and develop
  • The ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders

Job Offer

£75,000 + excellent bonus scheme (25% minimum) + hybrid working.
