Full-Time Temporary Assistant Accountant / Lewes / Accountancy
Client Details
A well established organisation based in Lewes seeking a Full-Time Temporary Assistant Accountant on an hourly temp basis.
Description
As a Full-Time Temporary Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Accruals and prepayments journal posting and reconciliation
- Revenue Reconciliation
- Extensive use of excel including pivot tables and v-look ups
- Assisted with year end reconciliation
- Liaising with teams across the business to solve queries
- Weekly reporting to the finance manager
- Managing credit control
- Daily bank reconciliation on Xero
- Reconciling different payment gateways (shopify, stripe, PayPal, klarna)
- Input monthly credit card statements onto Xero
- Assisted with management of the accounts payable function
- Assisted with management of the accounts receivable function
