This opportunity is a 6 month FTC for a Finance Reporting & Governance Manager for a qualified professional. Opportunity to have ownership, and partner with other areas of Finance and the wider business to drive results and improvements.

My client is a household name multi-national business, operating in over 200 locations worldwide. They operate a diverse, results-driven environment that values motivated, focused and innovative thinkers to work in a collaborate environment.

Description

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Managing corporate finance policies, IFRS and internal controls
  • Managing business risk
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and review
  • Supporting on external audit
  • Partnering with other area of finance and corporate functions
  • Supporting 1 direct report, and 2 dotted line reports

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Analytic skills and understanding of complex system applications and excel skills
  • Ability to build and manage partnerships with cross-department thinking
  • Proactive approach to apply solutions where required, and the ability to lead by example

Job Offer

6 month FTC circa £60-£65k (pro-rata)
