Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy team in Farnham on a temp to perm basis.

Our client a well known & growing business based in Farnham are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy team
Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk - Farnham
- Code & Process invoices.
- Code & Process Staff Expenses.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Process Weekly Payment runs by BACs or cheque.
- Communicate with Venues re payment queries.
- Answer Supplier queries.
- Scan invoices into Xero.
- Maintain accounts email address forwarding emails where necessary
- Update Spreadsheet for invoices received ready for end of term statements.
- Any other Ad Hoc jobs as required by the Senior Financial Accountant.
Profile
A successful candidate will have experience with the above & be available on short notice
