Job Details

As the Finance Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the financial reporting for three of the UK entities and understanding all processed end-to-end. You will be reporting into the UK Financial Controller and have 1 direct report. You will work closely with your peers within the UK Finance Team, as well as business leads of each revenue stream.

Description

  • Produce monthly management accounts across 3 entities including cost accruals, accrued/deferred revenue & associated journals at month end
  • Responsible for revenue recognition across all lines of business, including business partnering with stream leads and FP&A
  • Preparation and approval of monthly billing reports
  • Produce and submit monthly and quarterly reporting within deadlines to EMEA Regional teams, including detailed analysis and commentary on variances
  • Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Experience working within a media company is a non-negotiable
  • Strong revenue recognition skills from previous roles
  • Business partnering experience
  • Strong Excel and systems skills
