Accounts Payable Clerk

Airport Dodge Chrysler Jeep has an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

Job Description:

Codes such items as invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system. Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable duties, assist with coding such items as invoices, expense reports, check requests, etc.
• Communicate with vendors and customers and facilitate timely receipt of payments and any inquiries
• Review and verify documentation
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile difference
• Entering Account Payables, posting of all invoices
• Understanding 1099 vendors and transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
