What will you do?
- Daily batch payment review
- Manual batch payment preparation
- Manual payments preparation
- Payment monitoring
- Cash Management
- Direct Debit clearing
- Replying to payment related queries
- Support with Aging items review
- Internal audit for invoices included in the batch
- Support for Invoice Processing team
What do we expect?
- Good English written and spoken
- Finance and accounting background
- Attention to details and analytical skills
- Organizational, multi tasking and time management skills
- Willingness to support additional activities within the team
- MS Excel and PowerPoint skills would be an advantage
- The ability to work under time pressure flexibility in terms of working hours
