This role will play an integral part of the Order to Cash department ensuring that all receipts are posted to the sales ledger in a timely and efficient manner and that client disputes against invoices are registered and resolved, all in line with the company's procedures.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Sales Ledger Administrator will be the management of shared in-boxes and allocation of work within the team, cash posting and allocation for all entities, ownership of unallocated cash and driving reductions, suspense account reviews and also supporting the bank reconciliation process and dealing with any queries within the agreed SLA. Supporting the balance sheet reconciliations process, and agreeing any unreconciled balances, accountable for the end to end disputes management process, registering disputes in the system and ensuring all queries are routed for resolution in a timely manner, with appropriate level of detail

Profile

The successful candidate for the Sales Ledger Administrator role will have previous experience in an accounts receivable and credit control environment, be pro-active, responsive and action orientated, ability to work in a constantly changing and process challenging environment, comprehensive knowledge of credit process and procedures is essential, along with ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and excellent IT skills including Word/Excel
