As the Group Financial Controller your role will be to provide a comprehensive oversight of business performance to senior stakeholders within the business, in addition to delivering on strategy and driving for business growth.

Description
In this role of Group Financial Controller you will act as the key point of contact between finance and the owners, other stakeholders, banks and suppliers.
With each division having an assigned accountant responsible for the reporting, your focus will be purely on providing a comprehensive overview of overall finance performance, managing relationships and driving strategy in order to grow the business.
This Worcestershire based manufacturer are offering a great role where you have the opportunity to retail delve into the detail of what is going on in the business in order to drive positive change.
Profile
Experience required for the Group Financial Controller position:
* Proven experience of leading and managing a finance team in a manufacturing environment
* You must be either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Proven experience of applying a structured improvement toolkit
* The ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
Job Offer
Up to £80,000 + 10% bonus
