Overview

The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is a shared services center within Mastercard whose mission is to add value to our partners and serve our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced customer experiences and focused business results. The Senior Analyst, Service Delivery will execute on this mission in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers and business partners across the Finance landscape. Located in Pune, this role will service our Finance partners in Europe and Asia and Middle-East Africa.

Role

  • Builds general knowledgebase over time to service customers as they interact across all GBSC functions.
  • Supports operational governance program to drive performance excellence, improvements, and solutions; primarily through analysis, presentations and customer interactions.
  • Monitors across functions and evaluates financial and operational metrics to summarize findings and makes recommendations.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for service level issues and engages with process owners to develop remediation plans to address root-cause issues.
  • Delivers performance feedback and shares recommendations with business partners and process owners.
  • Oversees projects and programs such as statutory audits, new process implementations and quality control procedures.
  • Works closely with delivery teams across all regions.
     

All About You

  • Comfortable leveraging data, analytics and other insight tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • CIMA Fully Qualfied with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with business partners
  • Experience supporting projects
  • Comfort around all levels of the organization
