Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Completion of operational audits for Sales related processes in line with the audit program, including ensuring timely and accurate testing results presentation
- Responding to Client's queries
- Communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions
- Attending weekly calls with the Client to discuss the testing results, process changes and potential risks to the process
- Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a problem-solving environment
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills
- Knowledge of OTC / Collections / Sales related processes or Salesforce admin experience/user experience would be an asset
