Job Details
What will you do:
Timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.)
Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
Helping in resolution of disputes
What do we expect?
Experience in Order to Cash field
Very strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent English
Advanced reporting and analytical skills, Ms Excel proficiency
Good understanding of IT systems
Proactive approach; enthusiastic and dynamic personality
