Mature, fast paced business seeking to appoint a part qualified Finance Analyst, working in a collaborative team with mentoring by a passionate team leader. A highly visible role working closely with senior stakeholders.

Your new role
You will fulfil a highly visible role working closely with senior stakeholders to support the business with transformational change to drive efficiencies, drive cost and future planning projects. You will provide support on monthly analysis and results to help drive financial performance. Furthermore, you will support on budget and forecast outcomes, reporting on risks and opportunities, coordinating, and analysing monthly reporting for the management team. In addition you will drive process improvements and reviewing processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercially minded individual with strong analytical skills developed within a professional environment. You will be a part qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). You will also need to have strong communications skills as well as being highly organized and motivated, and a self-starter with good interpersonal skills. You will relish working with Excel and be adept at presenting large data sets in a user friendly manner.
