We are currently looking for a versatile Head of Commercial Finance to take control of our commercial contracts and work closely with our Central Corporate Legal / Commercial team.

BASIC

SALARY:
£50,000 - £60,000 (for 3 days per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Head of Commercial Finance - Process Flow Technology, PPMA

Reporting to the VP of Finance and IT, you will take responsibility for all commercial contracts, help to ensure compliance with increasingly complex pension legislation, and provide guidance and training to all involved with the import / export of goods and services as well as auditing those processes.

You will also work closely with the Central Corporate Legal / Commercial team to assist with and resolve complex legislative & commercial issues.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Head of Commercial Finance - Process Flow Technology, PPMA


• You MUST have experience of holding a senior Finance / Compliance / Legal position ideally in a manufacturing business where commercial contracts and legislative compliance have formed a large part of the role.

• You will also have experience in dealing with the processes involved in the import and export of goods and services and that required audits in this area.

• You will ideally have experience of holding a Company Secretary position and have exposure to the requirements of the position.
