Who should apply?

Overall 8-10 years of industry experience, 2+ years of strong experience managing software projects right from inception to launch seeing the full lifecycle with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.Good knowledge of right operational metrics (availability, latency, scale, etc.) to build for validating the effectiveness of the product addressing customer needs.Experience working with tools to manage schedule, cost and risks of ongoing projects and provide reports to management.Excellent people management skills, demonstrated ability to hire, grow and retain top talent. Build and foster a growth mindset culture in the team.Excellent communication skills, ability to lead by example and results-driven.Ability to think and see the big picture while focused on short term goals and deliverables.
