The Role Responsibilities

Support the P2P & R2R GPO in managing the demand Vs capacity for M&E project. Responsibilities include:
Budget Management

    Work with Process organization to define the M&E backlog & bring up the business case with the Process owner for budget allocation
    Manage end to end governance from M&E budget planning till closure of yearly PEDs
    Anchor monthly/ adhoc refinement forum for M&E to agree on the prioritization. Raise early alarm on budget utilization / breach if any

    Delivery Management &ndash M&E

      Manage an agile backlog in Jira, ensuring work is prioritised correctly and allocated efficiently
      Anchoring the delivery from CR initiation till Go Live, and for post-production issues if any
      Anchoring the prioritisation discussions with GPO and team
      Approving deviations if any (incl. scope creep beyond agreed dates and standard capacity)
      Ensuring all inter dependencies are handled appropriately (incl. across different streams within and outside of GFS as required)
      Ensuring tactical and strategic resolution of production issues if any (caused by the changes implemented)
      Educating the stakeholders on the process wherever required

      Aspire Integration into BAU &ndash P2P

        Ensure change transition has zero regressive impact & is compliant with the Bank&rsquos Data Management Framework
        Ensure/challenge the traceability among business priority, requirements, delivered changes
        Ensure alignment of Release understanding & impact assessment between Project & BAU teams
        Influence Product strategy & road map by providing inputs based on ground level impacts/retrospective learnings
        Evaluate, challenge & endorse business benefits of change use cases
        Work with Finance Transformation team and drive functional & process impact assessment to ensure requirements are captured holistically
        Review & influence sign off at various Release milestones &ndash Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Strategy/Cases & Test Results
        Ensure release landing is as per the agreed change management operating model and raise any red flags to senior mgmt. risk mitigation
        Provide inputs for the target operating model and ensure that the operating model is documented & understood by all stakeholders

        People / Resource Management

          Build, manage, coach, develop and engage a team of high performing individuals, with specific deep domain expertise across Financial systems landscape
          Ensure all staffs are attending mandatory training programs and arrange for domain-based training wherever required.
          Manage attrition below 15% in the team through effective employee engagement and Talent Retention programs
          Ensuring continuity of required skill set, appropriately de-risking the key person risk

                Effective Communication.
                Ability to work under pressure and adapt to Change quickly
                Highly detailed and result oriented.
                Understand Financial Reporting & related systems
                Able to identify Risk and build controls across People, Process and Systems.
                Agile scrum experience
