Job Description:

• Looking for candidates with minimum 2+ years of experience in complete process knowledge on O2C supporting international clients. BPO operations - end to end Order to cash - credit collection accounts receivables etc is mandatory
  
• Initiate and drive process improvements to ensure adequate value to the client and process.
  
• Should handle a team metric Back up process Quality details
  
• Must possess excellent communication skills
  
• Should be flexible with rotational shifts that includes night shift.
