Your new company
Our client is a Global SaaS IT Consultancy looking to recruit a new role to join their finance team. This role will be working in the M&A department to lead the integration and M&A process. This is a new role to the company due to consultant company growth it was tripled in value in the last two years and forecasted to do the same.

Your new role

• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Leading the integration on the new legal companies
• Project managing
• Designing workshops for new finance teams
• Reviewing all processes to ensure they are mapped
• Monitor data migration and have the final say on key decisions
• Meet with head to ensure the process of projects

What you'll need to succeed
The client is open to a number of profiles to be able to develop within the role and train candidates into the role. The successful candidate will have worked on integration projects in Top 10 from the M&A client side or Advisory projects or have experience in the M&A integration in industry.
