Due to growth within the business, our client now have a new opportunity available for a Financial Accountant with key experience of VAT, Audit & Tax to join their team. This role offers progression and the opportunity to join a large Finance team.

Description

Reporting into the Director of Finance, as the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the service delivery of the finance function that will include the likes of bank reconciliations, VAT returns and Tax etc.

Other key duties include liaising with key internal stakeholders of the wider finance and non-finance business, as well as external stakeholder management including audit.

Further scope of the position includes continuously identifying business processes and capability improvements for recommendations and implementations.

Profile

• Ideally ACA, AAT, ACCA or CIMA part qualified.
• Excellent understanding of VAT, Tax and Audit.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication for stakeholder management.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP is desirable.

Job Offer

• £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
