Description
- Set up monthly reporting packs
- Implement control framework
- Manage reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with Private Equity Fund
- Treasury management and reporting
- Manage Audit process
- Support year end
- Support with M&A process
- Analysis of business cases
Profile
- Experience in a hands on Financial Controller position
- M&A integration experience desirable
- 10 years PQE desirable
- Effective communicator
