Hands on broad role with flexible work arrangements

Your new company
SME which a very bright future ahead seek to appoint a Finance Manager on a hybrid manner . They seek a candidate to start with immediate effect on an interim basis. There could be scope for the role to also move to a more permanent arrangement in time.

Your new role
You will fulfil a broad role which encompasses the preparation of the monthly management accounts for the including all month end close-down procedures and reconciliations in line with the finance month-end timetable. You will manage a small transactional finance team and assist in the production of the group year-end accounts. You will complete cashflow and Budget forecasting, ensure that all transactional, payroll and VAT/taxation requirements are met whilst working on a range of ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a breadth of skills which span both technical finance and commercial accounting requirements. You will be accustomed working within a hands on manner which is very much in tune with am SME environment. Preference will be given to candidates available at short notice.
