Management Accountant

Qualified Management Accountant required for market leading organisation with multinational operations.

Your new company
You'll be joining a high-growth and market leading organisation here in Swindon supporting a large, established finance team with a strong reputation as an employer and a business. Following a recent restructuring, you will be supported and developed in your new role under a strong leadership team.

Your new role
You'll be taking responsibility for the end-to-end accounting and reporting and will be business partnering with key senior stakeholders as you deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Other key responsibilities include supporting the delivery of period, half year, and year end, supporting external audit, providing insight into cost centre performance, financial reporting, and project accounting.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll be a finalist or qualified accountant with experience in a large company or PLC environment and experience using SAP. You'll also have excellent MS Excel skills and the ability to build and maintain working relationships inside and outside of the finance function - this will be crucial to the business partnering responsibilities. Lastly, you'll be ambitious with a desire to learn and develop.
