The Boeing Company is looking for an Estimating and Pricing Specialist based out of Everett, Washington (or any of the other locations listed).

This is an exciting opportunity to join Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) to develop estimates and pricing, evaluate requests for proposals, and develop business case estimates in support of key investment decisions. A successful candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment to use data-driven analysis to present and make recommendations to Boeing leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops basic estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program.
• Participates in evaluation of requests for proposal, substantiates routine estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals.
• Performs analyses in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.).
• Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems.
• Develops routine estimating and pricing methods and models.
• Assists with compliance, policy and procedure development, and development/deployment of systems and tools.
• Developing business case estimates in support of key investment decisions.
• General pricing support to airplane campaign and delivery activities.
• Increase value capture by leading process, tool and data driven improvements.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• Experience developing business case analysis
• 3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Prior material and tooling estimating experience
• Prior supply chain and/or manufacturing experience
• Experience with SEER estimating tool
• Experience with statistical data

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Colorado summary pay range: Min: 51,000 - Max: 90,000
