PROJECT ACCOUNTAN'I'
Process invoices from contractors and vendors, and prepare check requests. Track check req ucsts through Accounting Dept.
Creatc ancl maintain Cost Administration Summaries for construction jobs.
Invoice "l'enant Expenditure Authorizations and log/monitor receivables to determine aged receivables; notify project managers when receivables exceed 30 days. Prepare bi-weekly payables/receivables reports for managelnent.
Track tenant improvement allowance status and balances.
Process reclassifications on Spectra accounting system.
Facilitate budget approvals.
Resolve billing issues with contractors and vendors.
Perform audit ofjob financials upon management's request.
Coordinate job closeouts, including interface with Accounting Dept.
Prepare and process expense reports for project managers
Respond to requests made by project managers.
