Job Details
As a Finance Assistant,you will work closely with the Director of Finance to enable the effective day to day running of the finance function and to provide the best possible financial support to the broader business.

My Client are a well established luxury hospitality company who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team based in the City of London.
Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Expenses (inc. expense processing)
- Payroll (inc. onboardingonboarding new joiners)
- Receivables (inc. credit control)
- PayablesPayables (inc. processing payment run)
- Bank Reconciliations
- Supporting the Month End Process
- Assisting with Sales Analysis
- Assisting with VAT Returns
- Assisting with Year End
- Preparation of weekly forecast submissions
- Matching and batching invoices
- Ad hoc responsibilities
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior AP/AR/Accounts Assistant experience
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Degree preferred but not necessary
