Our client a well known & growing business based in Woking are looking for an Accounts Payable clerk to join their Accountancy team
Description
Accounts Payable - Woking
- Daily processing of supplier invoices onto Sage
- Weekly processing of employee expenses for payments
- Weekly preparation of supplier invoices for payments
- Allocation of supplier payments on Sage
- Monthly processing of company credit card transactions
- Maintenance of Prepayments database and prepare end of month journal
- Prepare end of month late invoices accrual journal
- Maintenance of supplier account details
- Reconciliation of Direct debits accounts to suppliers' ledgers to obtain any missing invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of individual supplier accounts
- Holiday cover for accounts payable processing
- Any Ad Hoc duties as required
Profile
A successful candidate will be available on short notice & have experience with the above
