Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Associate to join the BNZ Partners Team, providing the highest level of business management support to the Partners, and playing a pivotal role in the continued growth of our business.

The role involves:
  • Proactively assisting the Partners and supporting an exception customer service delivery to clients
  • Carrying out administrative tasks required for the lending processes and term deposit management.
  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of the credit risk portfolio
  • Provide high levels of customer support by handling all customer enquiries directly or referring them to the appropriate channels

Ō Pūkenga | About You

If you are a self-starter who has focus, energy, great communication skills and the flexibility to deliver on multiple tasks to deadlines then this role is perfect for you! You'll have experience within banking and/or financial services, but also be customer-focused with a talent for building relationships. We are looking for:
  • Familiarity in a business banking environment, and/or an understanding of banking principles and document preparation is preferred
  • Analytical skills and the ability to think outside the square
  • Credit and/or lending experience is preferred
  • Natural ability to build relationships with a variety of customers, and excellent communications skills
  • Driven, proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
