Our client based in PMB, in the transport and logistics industry is currently looking for a Senior 4PL Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12,
• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a Supply Chain and or similar role,
• NQF Level 7 qualification in relevant field
• Must be able to work under pressure,
• Dynamic, innovative and structured individual,
• Excellent written and verbal communicational skills,
• Professional, hardworking, fast learning individual,
• Ability to work within a team,
• MS Office knowledge and application essential.
• Systems knowledge and application essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage logistics functions, such as a private and/or dedicated fleet, common carriers, other 3PLs/4PLs, and providers.
• Manage the control tower assuring optimal flows of goods/assets, allowing focus on its core business.
• Manage 4PL to act as a supply chain integrator, generate supply chain solution by managing third party resources, technologies and skills.
• Responsible for daily management at the operational level.
• Assemble and manage all resources, capabilities and technology of the organisation's Supply Chain and its array of providers.
• Any other duties or ad hoc tasks - requested by Supervisor / Director
• Continually improvement of skills, knowledge & service delivery
• For fill any tasks requested by Task Team / Strategy Consultant* Positive energy is contagious and required by company - abstain from negative gossip
