Job Profile SummaryRole Synopsis
The Global Credit Advisor role is a member of the leadership team for T&S Credit, holding a variety of project and ordinary course accountabilities consistent with their background, development goals and emerging challenges and priorities within the team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of personal drive and performance bias, a desire for exposure to a breadth of disciplines across credit, interest in a future leadership position within bp and a comfort level collaborating with stakeholders across a variety of areas to deliver the team's agenda.

T&S Credit is comprised of a diverse set of global teams focusing on commercial support, risk management and modernization. This role will provide the successful candidate with an understanding of the various disciplines within credit and the leadership challenges associated with aligning and optimizing the same in support of differentiated delivery against T&S and Group objectives.
Job AdvertKey Accountabilities
Accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Work with VP Credit and LT to develop team's strategic priorities and delivery plan
  • Shape and coordinate agendas for LT meetings and global team calls
  • Leadership accountability for selected strategic priorities (tailored to successful candidate's experience and development aspirations) - both commercially and organizationally focused
  • Targeted transaction support across regions and products to foster professional development and deepen resource flexibility in support of T&S delivery
  • Demonstration of leadership and V&Bs consistent with role on Credit LT

Essential Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
