Job Details

What you'll do?
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal finance and accounting policies and procedures
• Document and maintain complete financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash
• Review monthly results and implement variance reporting as compared to budget and LY
• Maintain the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
• Assist with the negotiations and manage the employee insurance and benefit plans
• Assist with the budget preparations
• Prepare and review annual audit work papers for the outside auditors

Who you are?
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5 years of experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
• Intermediate to advanced applications of software expertise (Excel, accounting software, Access)
• Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting
• Experience maintaining and filing state sales tax preferred
• Knowledge of accepted accounting and internal control principals
