Senior Accountant - Luxury Hotel Industry

Location: Scottsdale, AZ ***this position is 5x days on-site***

Salary: $65K-$75Kbase salary plus bonus

Systems: Sage & Blackline

Calling all Senior Accountants with hotel accounting experience! Vaco is looking for a bright and eager Senior Accountant to join a company that has a dynamic work environment, beautiful corporate office, and collaborative accounting team.

Ideal Profile:

• 2-3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hotel environment
• Very strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Cash management and auditing
  • Process daily cash deposits and reconcile to sales reports daily
  • Monitor cash shorts/overs with management
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll
• Process accounts payable including managing vendor inquiries
