- Bachelor's Degree, Accounting (MUST HAVE)
- 2-4 years of hands-on general accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup's, formulas, etc.)
- Experience with an ERP system and comfortable with learning new technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, ambitious, high energy
