Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Finance Manager based in Harlow on a full time, permanent basis with a fast growing and successful business looking to recruit their most senior finance member.

This is an exciting new role reporting in to the Managing Director where duties will include -

• Monthly management accounts preparation, variance analysis , board commentary and updating forecasts.
• Preparation of monthly management packs, including non financial KPIs
• Developing and training the finance team of 6
• Provide commercial support to the business
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis

The position will suit an experienced Finance Manager/Financial Controller who is looking to move into a fast growing and successful organisation.
