- Roles &
Responsibilities: - Identify and validate business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders.
- Consolidate, prioritize, and convey sophisticated problems or issues within and across other functions.
- Generate reports and data based on understanding of the function's business context.
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for strategic and operational improvements
- Identify trends and patterns in dataset and interpret for client.
- Identify data anomalies and recommend on additional data needed to support analytics.
- Contribute to task allocation and work team structure

- Good interpersonal and time management skills, including ability to lead multiple priorities and timelines.
- Good communication skills to clarify project objectives and gather required information.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in data and interpret, synthe, and communicate results.
- Perform Data Analysis, data cleansing, and sophisticated data manipulation techniques.
- Effectively present and articulate ideas in an easy to consume, visual format.
- Attention to detail, ability to identify data discrepancies and call out any issues to POC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and MS Power Point.
- Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level to be able to clean, manipulate, standardize and visualize data. Including charts, pivot tables, vlookups and other formulas.
- Specialist in VBA scripting (Required)
- Knowledge of MS Access or similar databases like SQL, Oracle is required. Understanding of database concepts and theory.
- Tableau Dashboard experience is required
- Python experience is desirable
