Job Description:
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Reporting and Analytics Analyst will support reporting and analytics within the CAO Business Resiliency program in line with the expectations outlined in the resiliency standards, partnering with all lines of business within the CAO. CAO's business resiliency mission is to continuously deliver multiple global functions that support JPMorgan Chase's businesses in 60 countries in the event of any disruption. Equally important, the CAO Business Resiliency Reporting and Analytics Analyst is a collaborative partner who inspires trust and development in an inclusive team environment.
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting reporting and analytics within the CAO Business Resiliency Program
  • Conduct reporting and analytics for business resiliency related initiatives
  • Partner with CAO Business Resiliency coordinators and managers to gather resiliency data
  • Reconcile, analyze, and validate resiliency data to produce meaningful insights
  • Develop and enhance reporting measures and processes
  • Work effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Assist Business Resiliency Program Lead and Coordinator with ad-hoc program management reporting
  • Ensure adherence to the Quality Control process and conduct reviews prior to BR Plan approval and publication in the Firmwide business Resiliency system
  • Responsible for Data Quality and/or hygiene reporting review process and follow up on actions to resolve or dispose data exception or discrepancies
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reporting on various aspects of the resiliency program
  • Develop and manage relationships with multiple Business Resiliency Plan Managers, Essential Service Summary Managers, Business Resiliency Plan Owners, and Essential Service Summary Owners

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years in a business resiliency or similar function (financial services industry? Reporting/Analytics environment?)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships and provide support related to resiliency planning
  • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of business resiliency polices/practices
  • Experience in CAO (Chief Administration Office) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of business resiliency policies, standards, regulatory requirements and controls, and business resiliency practices
  • Strong presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management
  • Ability to influence peers and senior leaders necessary to accomplish team goals
  • Proficient in handling multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, team environment and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Fast learner - able to grasp concepts from on the job training
  • Self-starter and independent execution
  • Timely escalation of critical and/or complex issues as required
  • Flexibility to work well both as an individual and as part of a team must be able to own their work
  • Technical skills/software - MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio), SharePoint and Confluence
  • Basic to intermediate experience with data analytic tools (Tableau, Qlikview)
  • Exemplifies the highest standards of ethics and integrity
  • Holds self and others to the letter and spirit of the firm's Code of Conduct, its policies and related local/international laws/regulations
