Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will provide accounting/bookkeeping services to multiple clients in various industries including:

• Perform accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations as client engagement requires
• Handle client payroll processing including preparation of payroll tax returns, and annual Forms W-2 and 1099
• Perform all facets of general ledger maintenance, including journal entries, depreciation, amortization, etc.
• Prepare sales/use tax filings
• Assist in preparation of tax return processing
• Communicate with third-party vendors and/or taxing agencies as needed on client's behalf
• Perform other duties when needed

Job Requirements:

• Most desired applicant will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Accounting, with prior work experience at a public accounting firm desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Desktop/Online, and other comparable accounting software
