The Role you will play
- The Accounts payable specialist will be responsible for checking and approving all invoices for payment.
- Maintain the Use Tax Reconciliation schedule
- Process dealer credit applications
- Prepare accounts payable checks.
- Reconcile and maintain corporate credit cards statements.

Background Profile:
- 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable / AA Degree in Accounting preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals.
- Must have the ability to operate a PC and all office equipment.
- Strong work experience with MS Office, Excel spreadsheets, Macola accounting software, and contact management systems. Knowledge of Crystal Reports preferred.
